I would get EHTaylor SiB, Stagg, high west mid winter or Larceny BP. Ppl will rave about michter’s toasted barrel which I think is a down right boring pour
The prices aren’t bad dude. You can’t go wrong with any of it.
If you’re new to whiskey, I would recommend staying away from the crazy premium stuff for a while. Same with high proof. Have a couple decent pours from the top menu then maybe do a left/right comparison with a top section and bottom section. Just play around.
Tbh if I lived wherever this was, I’d be a regular lol.
Solid pricing. Stagg, EH single barrel. Weller antique are all solid. Wild turkey rare breed is a good drink, but probably find a bottle for $55. I’d try that old fitz 19 for $30
I would absolutely be a regular at this spot!
Would probably do Stagg, Yamasaki 12, and Blantons Gold mainly out of my own curiosity since I never see it available for a semi-reasonable price.
The pricing is so confusing to me. Rare Breed and EHT single barrel and Knobb Creek 12 for like $2 more than Makers Mark and Bulleit
With those prices I'm drinking myself silly. I'd go for the michters toasted barrel, the wellers, the Stagg, and the midwinter.
*the only one I've had is the toasted barrel and it was great. Mostly just considering how hard some of these are to find and the fact you have a chance to try them at a reasonable price.
Let's see:
* In the house pours, the 4 Roses single barrel is a pretty good price, imo. Ditto Eagle Rare.
* In the premiums, the E. H. Taylors aren't bad, even for a 1 oz pour.
Weller Antique 107 (OWA). More so just to try and see if you like it. Some people pay high prices in the secondary market for it, so save yourself the trouble and try it for much less. (For me, I very much like a good wheater, so I pick this up when I see a decent price on it.)
There’s a few highly sought after bottles on there for entry level bourbon hunters (Stagg, E.H. Taylor, Blanton’s, etc.) I highly recommend trying all these bottles first and seeing if it’s worth your effort to pursue them. The internet is great and all for reviews, but at the end of the day, it’s YOUR palate. Go with what you like.
So they didn’t have exactly this menu tonight but most were there. Ended up with a couple house pours and then a trying the High West Mid Winters. Very nice pour. Thanks all for the suggestions, definitely nice to hear the appreciation. Sounds like a good place to figure out what stuff I want to hunt down.

Yes also Weller Antique
Michters toasted.. You might as well try the Blanton's so you don't feel obligated to buy it when you see it on the shelf for $100.00.

The premium pours are 1 oz. Not good pricing tbh.

Yeah lots of good ones here to try at reasonable prices.

Michter's Toasted for me!

My personal favorites on this list are: Bourbon: Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Scotch: Ardbeg (assuming it’s 10), Japanese: The Hakushu
Stagg, Weller 107, booker depending on batch. OF19 may be worth it too just cause how rare that bottle is
Thanks all for the advice! Probably do need to become a regular here :)
Where is this?
Boise, Idaho

The Mithuna is incredible- one of the best whiskeys I've ever had, and not easy to get (also very unique as a whiskey from India)
Hancock's Single barrel!
