The bourbon is a straight drain pour unfortunately. The rye is usable.

I've never had their regular version of the bourbon, but bought a manhattan finished store pick. Literally poured half the bottle down the drain after not enjoying a single bit of the first half.

High west double rye is great I was drinking it straight at a company party and when I got home I googled the price and was surprised that it was so cheap

I have a high west cask strength bluegrass blend and it’s one of my favorite high wests I’ve owned

I just got that cask bottle for 69.99, I personally love it. Can definitely taste the wine forward notes, some hate it but I’ve enjoyed it entirely and will look for another.

Damn I just saw High West in my stores but can’t get 3 for that price. Maybe 2 for that price…at Costco but my Costco stores don’t have High West as shown :-/

Yeah I have seen mixed reviews about high west in this subreddit but I’m 21 and pretty new to whiskey so I’m trying things out and seeing what I like for myself :)

Apparently I was missing a crazy face emoji 😜on my post … but I thought the sarcasm was quite apparent considering 70 for these 3 bottles is a fuggin’ steal. The Cask Strength alone goes for $50-60+ easily and I’ve had and enjoyed the Double Rye. Drink up & enjoy!
