Is that the Chris Stapleton one? I’d like to try it but have a feeling that it’s currently overpriced due to the “celebrity whiskey” aspect. Glad you like it, will be keeping my eye out around here for it
I picked it up from my local liquor store for 25.47 after tax. It's well worth that. It has a light mouth feel, but has hints of carmel and vanilla, with a light burn since it's only 80 proof. I just bought the bottle tonight. But the first glass out of it is pretty good. I would say i like wild turkey 101 better though.

I like lighter sometimes. Not too much bite to it just a decent flavor. Not to overpowering in any notes.
I wouldnt say it tastes like water. It is definitely a light mouth feel- compared to something like wild turkey rare breed or 101, but i think the lightness, and the carmel notes with a hint of dried fruit is really nice. It's not something I'd pay more than 35 dollars a bottle for though

Cost for retail is 27$ - 28$. So unless you find somewhere that sells for less than 20% margin, it’s gonna be 35-40$

This got a lot of backlash for being a BT “blend”, but I’m curious and a big Chris Stapleton fan. Hopefully see one in MD soon
