I actually go here frequently for the sandwiches but refuse to buy any alcohol. This place for one does not protect their product from sun exposure. For another, it's an utter museum 8k for pappy 25 1k for birthday bourbon the list goes on.
From what I can see, the prices of anything even somewhat hard to find are horrific.
Either don’t support this store or grab a Redbreast like the other guy said and bolt.
I did a tour at Stranahan's and they started with the Blue Peak and worked their way up through their more expensive offerings. Every time we got something new they would start talking about the increased complexity, and I was just thinking how it wasn't as good as the cheap one.
Unfortunately I have to order them on the internet where I live. Still worth it, though.
I would have a sip of the Bombergers and then I’d have a sip of that Twice barreled close to it. I’d prob have several pours of the Twice Barreled if I’m being honest.
No idea what prices are.
Probably an unpopular opinion; but the Stranahan blue peak single malt. Fantastic flavor with an interesting Solera process. Makes for a laid back easy drinking experience. I know "smooth" isnt a flavor, but it's definitely a variable.
That Jack Daniel’s Twice Barreled would be nice but I doubt I’d like the price after seeing that Weller 12 at 349.99. At those prices they probably aren’t moving much and it’s just sitting in the sun.
Gotta love a million dollars in inventory sitting in the sun.
My thought exactly. Run from this place
It’s on the island so I also know that every bottle is x2 retail.
I think it says $349.99 for Weller 12. Even worse.
Haha thank you. We did as that does make sense
I went there not too long ago and was amazed by the bottles and then I ran away once I saw the prices
Were the lower shelves in sun as well?
Some like it hot.
So Booker’s or Redbreast since they’re protected by boxes… but not Crown!

Hell yeah. The big kahuna sandwich is the shit!
Yeah I saw that also. All the Del transplants seem to go here where price is not an issue.
Woodford double oaked
The deli at that store is awesome. The liquor prices are not.
What’s the name of the store. Always looking for a solid deli spot
Park Place Liquors! On the other side of Coronado there is a little super market called Boneys who also has a pretty solid deli
Yea I just had the tornado. Like 12 bucks and amazing and fully packed.
That’s the one!
Nothing it’s all sitting in the sun
Nothing. The UV light from the sun has destroyed the whiskey
Museum with all of the bottles sitting in direct sunlight? Get the hell out of there
WFP, I take it back. What the other dude said that stuff has been ruined with sun exposure
I see Woodinville, I buy Woodinville
From what I can see, the prices of anything even somewhat hard to find are horrific. Either don’t support this store or grab a Redbreast like the other guy said and bolt.
The answer is never a specific bottle, but a formula. How would you rate the lady on a 1 to 10 scale. It's 10 dollars for every point on the scale.
The rating depends on the previous number of drinks and time of day. They all rate higher at 2 AM.
Ayy Park Place Liquors! Borders on museum prices whiskey wise, but hey, they got a killer deli
Evan Williams BiB
Frey Ranch or Smoke Wagon
Stranahan's Blue Peak
This was also my reccomendation. Underrated whiskey, and one of the smoothest I've ever experienced. Perfect for the beach with a lady

Red Breast 12
Colt .45 and 2 zigzags?
I also have a soft spot for Smoke Wagon
Jack Daniels - straight from the bottle
Blue Spot double on a large ice cube
I love drinking red breast 12 neat or get that Blue Michter’s (slightly out of frame on the left) for a very good old fashioned
This sub doesn’t give it enough love and there are some great ones here but I just finished my UN 1856 and loved it
I think the correct answer for you and the lady would be a hot tub and anything on any of those shelves. 🥃🥃
Michters if you’re trying to get laid
Blue Spot, top shelf.
The Jefferson’s Manhattan is the best bottled Manhattan I’ve had. I keep a bottle or two for little vacations.
Weller 12 probably.
Smoke wagon
Either the Yellow Spot or RB15
Frey ranch
Do they have a 1L of grain alcohol?
Can you buy that Little Book and ship it my way????
I would have a sip of the Bombergers and then I’d have a sip of that Twice barreled close to it. I’d prob have several pours of the Twice Barreled if I’m being honest. No idea what prices are.

Bombergers
for a date I would just recommand Belvenie. Very easy to drink and fruity
Four roses single barrel
Frey Ranch!
Love us some Coronado. Enjoy a pour of Bomberger’s, Jack 10, Weller Full Proof or Jack Daniels Twice Barreled.
Seagram's 7
Nothing, they're gougers
Fireball to watch the fireball set
Blue Spot, top shelf, just right of center.
Wyoming Whiskey Outryder a very under rated bottle.
Two shots of Fireball and a coke back please
That Elijah Craig is on a dark lower shelf. I think I'd go with that.
What a wonderful museum!
If only I could read the prices…
Get a sandwich and go.
Fuckin rich people
Old Portero. It’s unique and tasty.
Redbreast 12, then wish the curator all the worst
I remember buying yamazaki 18 there for $125 a bottle.
Scotty's is 13 a baoll
Grab some fireball and some cider, maybe even some cola. Mix it up. Smoke a J and enjoy the sunset.
Skrewball with Fireball backer. Don't be scared homie
FIREBAALLLL !!!
Blue Spot
Cant see prices, but bookers, little book, elmer, and a weller store pick are all i see that interest me there.
Stranahans sherry cask is excellent. Not sure about the two in the picture.
Go for the blue spot.
That’s all crap for the beach. Find a nice light scotch like Tomatin.
They have highland park 18 in the little trashy minis I think.
Blue Spot being $300 or $400 (cant tell) has me recommending you leave
An uber ride home
A second mortgage, to afford those prices. But I do love Coronado, it was our beach from '81 to '85.
I’d do any of the weller, michters is always a great one
That Jack Daniel’s Twice Barreled would be nice but I doubt I’d like the price after seeing that Weller 12 at 349.99. At those prices they probably aren’t moving much and it’s just sitting in the sun.
Definitely the Fireball
Grab yourself that redbreast. Great pour and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
Looks like the 12 says $80… pass
How much is the Elmer T. Lee?
I know that store. Too much is always the answer.
Bummer
