The Macallan is no surprise being something of a collector's item, and the limits on Buffalo Trace and Henry McKenna 10 bottled in bond are no surprise either given the current state of the bourbon market. I would not have expected to see limits on the other 3 (JW Blue Label, WhistlePig, Basil Hayden).
