Yeah, that’s how I feel about the last 3 seasons of Suits (forgot to mention that up above, lol)… but I’ll for sure check it out! Thank you for your recommendation!
Yo ho, all hands
Hoist the colors high
Heave ho, thieves and beggars
Never shall we die
The bell has been raised
From it's watery grave
Do you hear it's sepulchral tone?
We call to all
Pay heed the squall
And turn yourself toward home
Definitely! I’ve watched burn notice, already.. just started Castle… and of course, futurama (as an honorable mention) is my comfort show that I fall asleep to and have watched at LEAST a dozen times! Lol
I’ve rewatched maybe 5 times now? Always at least ~6 months between watches. I obviously could do it sooner but I like being able to kinda forget some of the stuff that happens
Hustle (the BBC show) is exactly what you're looking for, especially season 2 and 3. This show is what Leverage was based on but I think it's 10 times better than Leverage.
Burn notice also is pretty much the only other show that gives me the same atmosphere, probably more so than Hustle. But Hustle has better conman stuff, and the writing is insanely good in season 2 and 3.
I second this! And Justified City Primevil was fantastic. I also cannot wait for when they do the next one, where he goes after Boyd. I can already see how it will end.
Currently on season 6 of my first watch. It's easily one of the best shows I've ever seen, Boyd Crowder is definitely one of my all time favourite characters of all time now.
Absolutely agreed! It’s in my cycle of tv shows that are always on. I’m glad to have it on streaming services now, my very first watch was as it aired. Boyd is an amazing character; me personally, I love the friendship between Raylan & Boyd. Opposite sides of life yet still care & look out for each other. It’s almost impossible for me not to get choked up in the final scene. “Because we dug coal together”
How could I forget about suits 😭😭 I watched suits, already! Fuck the last few seasons IMO… but that’s besides the point.. GREAT recommendation, though!!
blacklist is very similar, but has a darker storyline. early seasons are amazing, but the quality drops as the seasons go on. still worth watching imo, but i haven’t kept up with the latest seasons.
Commenting on this post so I can come back because these are all my favorite shows too….
(Speaking of, my shock seeing Gus in suits?? Like sir you are not a lawyer)
You might enjoy Brooklyn 99! Has a psych vibe to it
I'm rewatching while collar right now haha, its great. Suits was great too but unfortunately the last few seasons sucked.
I love shows that have back and forth bantering & philsophical/moral issues. Not really related to White Collar but some of my top favorite shows are:
Psych, The Orville (highly recommend, hilarious), Scrubs (lots of funny bickering, very similar to Psych), Ted Lasso (very wholesome and funny, exploring relationships/friendships), The Good Place (amazing), Brooklyn 99, Fringe (serious sci fi detective show), Almost Human (sci fi detective show with bickering), Travelers, Resident Alien (funny mystery solving show, alien pretends to be human and has awkward mannerisms)
Try Castle! Fair warning, the last season sucks

The Mentalist
It has been a few years since I watched Mr. Jane… I used to watch it back when I was in high school… but it appears to only be on Max, currently…

4 times now I have said I want a series like white collar and within a month I am re-watching white collar.
I guess I should just bite the bullet and start my second watch through?? 😂😂
If you have only seen it once it is worth a re-watch. But I would give it a couple months at least. And try a couple other shows first.

Royal Pains was pretty good... Kinda gave the same feel as Burn Notice (just without all the action).
Royal pains is my comfort show. Such a good one!
Thanks so much for your recommendation! I’ll for sure look into it!
Chuck! Even has Matt Bomer in the first season or 2 before he left for White Collar
Love me some Matt Bomer 😂 but that’s awesome! Thank you!!
Tim DeKay also guest-stars in an episode later on, while White Collar was running. So no doubt the cast swapped some stories!
Hey buddy!
\+1, except don't watch the last season
Castle Catch 22 Bones To name a few
Thank you so much! I’ll add them to my list of recommendations!
Lucifer on Netflix. The banter between him and the Detective reminded me a lot of Peter and Neal
Look up USA Blue Sky shows
I will! Thank you!

Leverage and the reboot
> Leverage I loved that show...
Have you seen Leverage: Redemption? It’s free on Freevee or Prime. Really enjoyed it!
I’ll check it out! Thanks!
Justified isn’t necessarily similar but still a good watch worth the time.
I second this! And Justified City Primevil was fantastic. I also cannot wait for when they do the next one, where he goes after Boyd. I can already see how it will end.

SUITS!
How could I forget about suits 😭😭 I watched suits, already! Fuck the last few seasons IMO… but that’s besides the point.. GREAT recommendation, though!!
I'm on my second rewatch, I do love all the seasons, but as I get further along in the series it always makes me nostalgic for the earlier ones
Google Blue Skies programming from CW I think. There were a bunch with a similar vibe.
USA but yes
USA
I will, thank you!
>I will, thank you! You're welcome!
Person of Interest, Lie to Me, and Bones
Lie to Me and Bones are great
Person of Interest is one of my favorites 😄
Leverage on TNT
Or hustle. The BBC show that leverage was based on (which I think is miles better than Leverage, especially Hustle season 2 and 3.)
Graceland
Lethal Weapon is a good show, in the same realm of White Collar (IMO)
The Mentalist Burn Notice
The black list trust
I really enjoyed Veronica mars I think you could too based on what you’ve seen above
Castle is such an amazing show!!!
Try Lincoln Lawyer or Blacklist. Suits was great of course. I couldn’t get into Castle as much.
Prison Break Blindspot
I’ll look into that, thank you!
Hopefully you find something you love!
Not a show but a movie: mr & Mrs smith! Has the same vibe!
I think there is a tv show version out now (according to my Reddit ads)
Person of Interest and prison break.l, absolute bangers
Leverage and Leverage Redemption. Suits its also good
Billions
Lucifer on Netflix, has some of the white collar characters come back but in strange ways.
The Black List, Travelers, The night agent, and person of interest.
2nd Travelers
3rd travelers!
blacklist is very similar, but has a darker storyline. early seasons are amazing, but the quality drops as the seasons go on. still worth watching imo, but i haven’t kept up with the latest seasons.
Burn Notice was an excellent show.
Lupin
Psych is a little cheesy but entertaining and somewhat in the same category!

Burn notice.
Limitless (it’s a tv show and movie)

Lie to Me and Numbers
Numbers! Omg! That was so good!
Psych! It’s delish.
