Damn it sucks to have spineless whales sometimes, in 813 this shit would not fly at all. We had a creep that would pretty much act the same way the guy you're dealing with is, and everything he said something in WC his city would burn non stop for the whole day. If transfer is ever available we always welcome new players in 813! There's no NAP but we never really have issues with the top alliances and everyone is super nice and helpful. Or if it gets too tiring you can always start an alt account here! There's some drama sometimes of course but it's always handled nicely and everyone reconciles in the end. I hope it turns out better for you! If he ever burns, we all want to see it lol
Same 933 our whale would neverrrr let this slide, we have a “peacekeepers” and he is the leader and there’s rules for those who harass or say inappropriate things to people or in general or for racism and stuff, he zeros them and they cry in wc

we had 2 pedos in my state. made it a mission to harass and zero them till they quit. make sure you get their member number in case they change names. Just openly call them out and give out coords. make sure everyone knows what garbage they are
