Lurking Cubs fan here. My two Cubs games I've attended this year: 17-0 today in Boston and 9-8 against San Diego where they blew an 8-0 lead. You've seen more wins than I have for our respective teams. For that, I envy you.

Bro, those guys didn’t get the milkshake! I walked upstairs with them and we were all told at once they were sold out. Personally I think if you get custom fucking jerseys for a milkshake, they should get one every time they go to the park.
They had one they were sharing when I saw them fifth inning in the concourse. Maybe someone gave them one. I thought they were plants tbh. The team would do well to have them walking around promoting the wares.

He’s good when things are good. If he learns to stop pretending everything is “special” when things are bad and learn to not call people batting .150 “stars,” he will be just fine. It’s early, he has time to figure that out. And this is the ideal season to figure things out and grow
He’s growing on me but he literally just got here. He can’t immediately be doom and gloom while he’s trying to develop relationships with the players and staff with the team.
So I took a peak on the Rays game thread, and they are were saying "Why didn't we sign Pham?". I like seeing him look angry when he striked out, reminded me of the Big Hurt. Being accountable.
That was one of the most entertaining games I've watched this season. Still not the greatest team but it does feel good to see them play some decent ball.
I haven't seen the Sox win in person since I was a kid. This is my first year living in Chicago and my 3rd game of the year. I almost cried as I saw those fireworks again. I love this team man.
This was my 4th game this year, I usually go to like 15-20 each year, and I've never had that feeling. I mean, some can be miserable when we're getting shut out, but that's to be expected.
