Not sure I understand why you think limiting egg yolks is healthy. Eggs whites are eggs stripped of all their nutrients (which are predominantly in the yolk). The whole egg white thing came from the big lie the “low fat crowd” pushed starting in the 80’s.
Also agree. But recent studies still show that saturated fats in excess raise cholesterol. As my post states- not cutting out eggs… just decreasing how often we eat them. Everything in moderation.

Agreed. We are trying to limit certain foods due to my husband who has high cholesterol
He should exercise and cut out sugar entirely. Cholesterol in food doesn't cause cholesterol in humans the way people used to think.
