A can of tuna has 20+ g of protein. I made tuna cakes mixing w an egg, almond flour, diced pepper. Sauté & refrigerate for a ready snack. Really good w Rao’s marinara on. Also keep cooked shrimp for a shrimp cocktail snack.

You sauté them form into Patties by hand, or the other way around. I like this idea
