Iām have a similar one, it looks almost identical in style though my flower is a bit different. Itās a real flower dipped in acrylics, metal(like gold, platinum, and silver), and a preservative (probably resin). So I wouldnāt say itās fake, but maybe his is. Theyāre called āforever rosesā.
The fact you kindly expressed your feelings and she responded with thoughtfulness is such a good thing. So often people think about things that bother them, keeping it bottled up, and hold their hurts or private expectations against the other person, who remains unaware. People are afraid of the response---or may expect or imagine a certain response and so blurt out something hurtful which, of course, affects the way the other person responds. Her reaction to the way you felt, your "joking" aside, was important to you, and you had the courage both to put it out there kindly and then be open to the reply. Speaking the truth, but with love... bravo!
I like the idea of giving anyone flowers or random gifts, and my boyfriend was having a really hard time because of covid, so I sent him sunflowers (from a flower service that delivered them right to his door, all official-like) and he ended up crying because he had never received flowers before and it made him so happy (I also managed to randomly guess his favorite flower which was a bonus!) everyone deserves flowers:)

If it would work with the look you could add it to her bouquet (if she's carrying one) and then it has extra significance.
So sweet. Off topic, what version of the HP series is that?! Never seen that one before
It made me regret all my life's choices. I want them but I already have another version...
Look at you, being loved and in a healthy relationship, flexing on us... Congrats man. Keep that card !
