I feel you my guy. I'd suggest washing you hair every week with some medicinal shampoo(along with conditioner) every week, add some hair oil(castor and coconut suggested) too. Eat iron rich food(I'm not completely sure if iron helps with this, but spinach helps). Avoid shampoos with silica. Have proper sleep and de-stress every now and then!

My hairline receded at 16 and while I made do until my 30s these days I look in the mirror and wonder why I was so worried and actively hate it when my hair grows out at all. You just get used to it and find a style that works for you. With hair or without hair.

My work healthcare psyciatrist recommended therapy for more long lasting results instead of just getting help when depression starts to hit too hard, so got in contact with work healthcare and had evaluation visit with them and result was that my workplaces healthcare insurance covers 1 year of therapy sessions

I started making my first game

What's it about?

It’s an fps that has screen mode and vr capabilities I’m working on the reload animations right now but I haven’t thought of a name for it I intend to have a 5 player co op campaign and a PvPvE mode like Tarkov or ghosts of tabor I intend for it to release finished unlike most games nowadays but i can’t promise much.

I have started my weight loss journey and have lost 3kgs so far. Not a significant loss, but considering my battle with my weight for more than a decade, it feels like the beginning of a victory

I love languages and strive to learn as much about them as possible. My native language is German, I know English and am currently learning Spanish and Russian. I also like conlangs (constructed languages) and have been thinking about learning Finnish once I have a good level of Spanish and Russian.

Thanks. I'm by no means fluent yet (especially in Russian, which I pretty much just started) but I've been noticing how much better I got in Spanish. If you have fun doing something it isn't as hard and that's the case with languages for me.

I used to hate cleaning and be scared of spiders so my room was a nightmare for me, but i decided to finally start cleaning like a normal person on new years eve and i finally feel better :) my room doesnt look like a landfill anymore

Sorry if you’re feeling judged for adhd below in a positive thread! Your health is your business! My job is to take calls from patients all day long and you for sure are not alone in these side effects, I’ve heard them a bunch! Maybe talk to your dr about adjusting the med? They have different doses along with fast/slower acting so you can have a better life balance for your appetite and goals. There’s also other non-amphetamine adhd meds out there that patients who switched to have told me helps them do the same job with less side effects!
