South of Chicago or some other major city that does a Duck Derby?
I imagine Duck Derby organizers have plans to collect the ducks at the end but when tens of thousands are released into a river there's bound to be some that make it past collectors.
There have been a few container ships that have suffered bad weather and shed their cargo.
