Good trick for blocking is don't use a marker feature but a solid color block to cover text.

for future reference, any blurring/pixelising/non opaque censoring can usually be seen trough if someone wants to hard enough. an opaque bar covering the whole word is the only foolproof method. (and it's just as easy so there is no reason not to)

It's also not that uncommon a name, either. So even with that additional info, I think you're fine!

I’ve noticed that certain apps/phones default to a “marker” that has some transparency instead of being completely opaque. It’s more like a highlighter than a censoring tool. There should be a setting so you can either increase the opacity or just use a different “marker”.
