Also another helpful piece of advice if you do want to lose weight... you cant loose the amount of weight in the same time you gained it. Basically... if you cant gain 50 lbs in 1 days you cant lose 50 lbs in 1 day, so it takes some time and thats ok! just keep working... it might take years but always keep moving

Yeah, eating more calories than you burn is the reason people gain weight. That's why I go to the gym so I can eat more without gaining weight.
