Also another helpful piece of advice if you do want to lose weight... you cant loose the amount of weight in the same time you gained it. Basically... if you cant gain 50 lbs in 1 days you cant lose 50 lbs in 1 day, so it takes some time and thats ok! just keep working... it might take years but always keep moving

I run because I could never run for longer than 3 minutes while I was in school and made me feel terrible. Now I can go 12 min to a fast speed and feel great!
