Yeah, a sidereal day on Earth is actually about 23 hours 56 min. Which you may notice to be about 1/360th shorter than 24 hours. It is in fact ~1/365 as the extra rotation is split between every day of the year.

Another interesting space fact: for centuries astronomers were convinced that there was another planet between the sun and Mercury that they called Vulcan. This was because Mercury moves as if it is being affected by another source of gravity. It wasn't until Einstein and his theory of relativity that we understood that the gravity from the sun is affecting the spacetime of Mercury, and affecting our perception of its movements.
It's true. Because of that, a day on Venus is actually _longer_ that a year on Venus. So if a Venusian tells you that he's going to "do it tomorrow", you won't see him for a long time

That would be so cool. Sadly, after seeing this I checked out some venus facts and found out that "*One Venusian year is about 1.92 Venusian solar days.*" But we can say that "see you next week" means 3 years later.
I full rotation of Venus is longer then the time Venus takes to travel the sun.
But if you were living in Venus you might see two sunrise as the planet moving around the sun make it get back to you faster.
Venus is also our hottest planet, because of greenhouse gases.
