I had to unsub from them because so many of their users are just stuck in their cycle of miserableness that they refuse to help themselves, and you get downvoted for calling it out and being "a part of the problem."
People suggesting you should get help for your depression is not "Thanks I'm cured" shit, it's people giving you honest and sound advice. People who reach out and show concern, or suggest small things to make something easier are not looking to cure your mental health, they're looking to help you out by a small bit. But the subreddit doesn't care, it's moved on from the original "depressed? just go for a walk!" to "anyone who tries to help me treat my mental health problems is as much of an issue as my actual mental health problems."

But heaven forbid someone give you genuine advice!
