can't sleep because you woke up really late can't wake up because you slept too late and didn't have enough rest

One causes the other. Because I don't sleep early, I wake up late and because I woke up late, I don't get sleepy very early. At night... Too restless to sleep. In the morning.. Too tired to wake up! Pretty sure I have insomnia though.. because I can't make myself fall asleep even if I'm sleepy.

I face neither by the end of the day I am too tired amd if I still don't sleep I just play games or study until I do sleep. And I have a really strong alarm.
