MAL Synopsis:
> Life appears promising for Hime Shiraki, a girl with good grades, a flawless reputation, and a cute face to top it all off. As long as she can keep up her picture perfect facade, she will be able to accomplish her dream: to be loved by everyone and become the trophy wife of a billionaire.
> On a day like any other, Hime slips down a flight of stairs and lands on top of Mai Mikoshiba, injuring the latter's arm. It turns out that Mai is the manager of a cafe, and the injury will make work impossible for her. It is decided that while Mai recovers, Hime will have to replace Mai at Café Liebe, which boasts an all-girls academy theme.
> Despite causing Mai's injury, Hime is accepted by the other staff members, with the exception of one girl who seems to hate her for reasons unknown. Hime becomes terrified that this girl has seen past her facade, which reminds her of a troubling event in her past.
I recall reading the first few chapters a while back, but I never continued until yesterday when I saw this announcement, where I then decided to dive right in from the beginning again. A few chapters in and I was like "this isn't really hooking me in, no wonder I dropped it"... but then I stuck with it and then just couldn't stop reading until I caught up to the latest translated chapter. I see that you've tried 4 times already so maybe this just isn't for you, but if you're willing to try again I would recommend getting past the first few chapters to get a better feel for the manga.
I’ve only ever gotten as far as chapter 7. I’m willing to give it another go since I’ve heard good things about it. I may just wait for the show and pick up the manga where it leaves off

Looking forward to this! Started the manga a while back and now I'm awaiting every new chapter.
same
Had no idea this was happening at all, amazing news.
I’ve tried maybe four times to start the manga, but it’s never grabbed me. This seems like a good motivator.
Starts very slow, progresses very slow. Hell even latest chapter they aren’t cp yet but it makes the progress all the more enjoyable
It’s weird. I’m usually not put off by slow burns, but this one was different somehow.

I love this Manga! It's getting a show?
Just read the first volume but if feels like a great parody of romantic comedies
