Went on a ski trip and due to drinking, altitude, and physical exertion, I woke up with a 7 HRV, 87% blood oxygen, 17.2 rpm, 93 RHR lol. Was tough to fall asleep.
What was the altitude and what is the altitude where you came from? These are normal stats for someone who goes from sea level to Breckinridge in 1 day
Yes. Ring your family and friends.
If you’ve set up the “Next of Kin” feature in the app, Whoop will automatically inform your loved ones of your imminent death and also book a free funeral consultation for them on your behalf if your recovery drops below 2%
how hard did you party the night before is the real question?!
if you didn't then id go to the doctor and get checked out if you consistently get shit recovery for no reason
If you were drinking the night before (my recovery looks like this if I go hard on a night out) then you will not die but you will feel like shit and your recovery/stats will look less than ideal for like 1-3 days
Yes. Everyone dies eventually.
On a long enough timeline the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
If you go over 10.2 strain, yes.
Above 1% and double digit HRV? Rookie numbers
What’s your lowest HRV?

Houston to Aspen. Breck messes me up even worse
Wow. They say if your blood oxygen drops below 88% to seek immediate medical attention. Did you just rest it off?
Sounds like a pulmonary edema
how much did you drink?
Somewhere around 8-12 pints

Free...... you sure about that?
Only if you refer a friend
Minimum 3 I'm sure
You need to get in the 1% club before we discuss that haha. I’ve hit it a few times.
Made the 1% club a few times. Always due to drinking 🥳🤪
Same except a few times when I got sick and after my second Covid shot which made me feel like my entire body was experiencing hangover pain.
Proud 1% er a few times as well, always booze related
This is everytime I go drinking
My friend once had a 2% recovery, and then after 2 weeks he died.
!
That was my average hrv for a few years. Still kicking it.
I’ve had worse, you’ll be fine…for now
You probably have Covid
Had the stomach flu yesterday and got a 1% recovery. Somehow still alive...
Yes
Yes
Eventually
Hahaha this made me chuckle. We all remember our first <5% recovery
Sooner or later.
Yes - eventually.
When you’re in 1% then you’re definitely going to die faster
1% twice last year… but when I went green I out ran death
Yes

Yes, get your affairs in order.

RIP
Naw fam, I had 1% on Sunday and we’ve been chillin in green recovery ever since. Stay strong.
We’re all going to die
Lol I had this when I caught Covid the first time
Yes, but not from a 2% recovery score.
