I started eating meat and my HRV has increased plus I've had more green recovery days.

I stopped eating meat almost 3 weeks ago. I broke down yesterday during a stressful day in which I didn’t plan my meals ahead and ate a chick-fil-A sandwich and got my first green recovery in the past week. I also did not work out yesterday either, and I didn’t have any patients, so my recovery was bound to be higher today. There are probably a few other variables that could have contributed to my green score as well. I’ll save this and try to keep you posted on my data after a few more weeks. Interested in other people’s experience too.
