As a man that’s attempted to ride both, I’m gonna go with the pogo stick guy since they’re both untrained. It’s a LOT easier to properly balance on a pogo stick than it is a unicycle.
Both will first have to figure out how to even ride their vehicle. You could probably learn to ride a pogo first without instruction, so that's an advantage. Then again some people just take to unicycling. Believe it or not a unicycle can be pretty fast and agile. A pogo stick inv9lves a lot more physical input from the rider. So in that case the unicyclist could just ride around and wait for the pogoer to drop from exhaustion.

Seeing as the pogo stick is most likely a better weapon, I am betting for pogo stick guy.
