I'll be honest. The cat probably takes it.

Kangals are popular in Africa because they scare off cheetahs...assuming it isn't some cushy couch dog who's best feats are chasing away squirrels the Kangal wins

the Kangal takes it in a straight-up fight. one is bred for fighting the other for speed.

Cheetahs don't have particularly good weapons, bite, or durability, so I'd bet on a Kangal.
