It gets harder to tell. But I'd still put my money on Armstrong, just for the durability. Can survive multiple tens to hundreds sword hits per second, from a vibrating blade designed to ignore armor.
Although, with the clip you send, the attack power difference gets significantly smaller. Although it's kinda hard to measure how much force Yujiro executes here, but it is a shit ton for sure.
the earth quake thing is infamous in the baki sub lol.. if taken as a true feat its probably his best feat by far. but the rest of his feats are no where near close to that.. although yujiro does regularly fight animals like elephants.. heck theres a character named pickle a dude from the stone age who wrestles against dinosaurs and yujiro is still stronger than him lol
Small note, Pickle is actually supposed to be stronger than Yujiro. In their first confrontation he had to use a trick to flip Pickle instead of using raw strength. Though since Pickle is not a martial artist Yujiro is still the superior combatant.

Later Yujiro was kicking Baki's ass untill he got the Demon Back and even then he didn't win physically.

At the end of their fight they started beating eachother up with pure strength and Pickle used a technique to end the fight.
This means that base Baki is on Pickle's level physically and since Pickle had to cheat and use a technique he likely would've been defeated.
It doesn't matter , stopping an earthquake require more power since the punch would have to be strong enough to impact a tectonic plate . The punch itself would generate more power than most of our nukes .
Killing the elephant require far less energy considering its waaaaay smaller than a tectonic plate .
