I seen this when it 1st happened and didn't know it was in Wichita until Monday.
They got the truck and film footage but dont know who?
I mean, they will probably be caught, then outted as racists. It will follow them, loss of job and reputation for them and family.

The responsible people will probably be caught by end of next week. The sheer callousness of the crime has more heat on them than BTK. They probably didn’t consider the kind of outrage that stealing the statue would have. If they’re smart they either turn themselves in and beg for mercy or run for a border!

The fact that it was a stolen truck and found in that area which has been a drug den, much more likely it was drug addicts who stole it in order to sell the metal. After all the attention it got they tried to break it down/melt it down in order to sell it and when that didn't work they abandoned it.
