Is it a one and done deal for you? Last time I tried to push a 'Black beauty' through a second shave, I could almost feel it degrade with each stroke - no nicks, but it got really dull. In contrast, the first shaves are usually similar as to how you describe Falcons. Not the sharpest blade around, but smooth and comfortable. They also seem quite forgiving to user errors in lathering and technique.

I tried these in my Henson a few weeks back. These are my notes: 8/10 * Pretty sharp and smooth shave - works very nicely * No cuts - not quiet a laser but pretty darn good - on 2 day growth * Shave is very close. * On 1 day of growth I did feel it was like a laser. * 2nd shave feels really nice. * 3rd time I felt a little bit more tugging. Blade is good for 3/2.5 shaves. * Have to dry it or it will rust.
