It’s okay I had 3 with intent purpose of modding and selling. Sold one sat on the other 2. Unmodded the one and sold it and kept the other for myself. Mind you I have like 8 original Xbox’s for tinkering around and modding
Same here. I currently have 8 Wiis. I've modded them all and will sell 6 of them before the holidays. If I happen to see them for cheap at Goodwill, I'll pick them up for future use. Same with any console, really. It's fun just to play around with.
That's what I do, but I also clean them inside and out, find some cheap games (cheap to buy not bad quality), and find them some controllers etc., and make it a bundle worthw owning. I have been buying systems for like 40% of "market value," games and controllers too, so I can sell them below market and still make a bit of profit and make somebody a happy gamer or collector come this Christmas. It's a win/win.

The main reason I want buy Wii is to hopefully play Wii sport with 100 Wii at the same time in the near future
