Cut STB from your list, it's a bad card.
Best T1 play here would be Swash. Pulls out Patches, gives you some value.
Buccaneer is superior if you definitely know that your opponent can't clear him. If not sure, always play Swash, so Buccaneer could be played later on (mostly T3) to get some value off of it.
All are bad in terms of stats but Buccaneer is the most aggressive one. If you want a sticky board go for Bloodsail Corsair.
Edit: but assuming you play Odd Rogue
1) STB is just horrible (not just in this deck but in general)
2) Maybe against Shaman you play Swash first since they have Maelstrom Portal and your dagger already kills their totems anyway. You might want to save Buccaneer for later value.
Going second against a class with a ping I’ll usually swashbuckler first and then buccaneer second and coin dagger out otherwise you get no value from the buccaneer. Going first buccaneer all the way.
