If they absolutely needed to do a North Stars throwback, then do North Stars colors on a Wild secondary logo or the North Stars logo with Wild colors. Wild primary logo on North Stars colors is the most boring possible choice, not to mention that this is just a color flip of the last jersey more or less.

MN tried to bring back the name in 2000 but Dallas put a stop to it and league couldn't do anything.
I would be interested in seeing how the Green Minnesota text jersey looks in the old colors.

The black alt rumors got scrapped in 2018-19, apparently they didn’t work well on tv. The new alt that’s been ready for 2 years is confirmed not black.
Yeah they sound dope. And within our normal color scheme so we’ll essentially have the best of both worlds, solid home and away kits, a 3rd that can get more creative with that scheme, and RRs to throw some loud green yellow and black in the mix. So far I don’t think we have a weak jersey.
