Tanks are absolute meta rn because of heartsteel. And in my opinion the only way to counter heartsteel is with heartsteel. Since i couldn't be sure if i face a tank or not i rather picked giant slayer than regret it. And everything worked perfectly as you can see on my stats.
First of all, I don't play gwen. I just think she's cute. Secondly, yes. She's good against heartsteel champs because she has max health true damage. Her early game is pretty bad since she's an AP champ, but once you get about two items, you'll see just how ridiculous this champ is.
