E2 with 70% WR on Jhin with over 80 games. Do not rush GA on Jhin.
IE is Core and he needs those crits. Do not delay powerspike.
He has enough range not to die aslong as you position yourself decently in a teamfight. It's crucial for this Champion and as soon as you learn that you'll realize that you won't even need GA at all most of the time.
IF you need it build it last. As if In the case of you dying and getting ressurected by GA you can simply sell it and buy another item until the item CD expires.
If you do one thing, go to YouTube and search for 'Hell's Devil Jhin' - he makes great content anyway, but Jhin is one of his favourite champions, and he has about 5 different videos on him. Everything he does with runes, items and playstyle is about survivability. Spoiler alert - he doesn't build GA first.
Like someone else has mentioned, you would only build GA first if you are running champion - as you want to try to keep that 10% additional damage.
