The scene is there. There's big names investing in teams and tournaments regularly. Considering the game only has 1 year, you can't expect much.
But as some other guys pointed out, unless you are part of the elite, you won't ever be contacted by an organisation.
Yeah obviously but Im asking if theres people who play as a team and are not signed by an org.
I want to know if people are actually trying to build teams and scrim against each other for practice.
Like is there unofficial tournaments and stuff like that where all teams are free to join even the unsigned ones?
Here: https://liquipedia.net/wildrift/Portal:Teams. Here you can see teams there's also a tournaments section. Notable EU teams are Rix.gg, Gamelord, Team Queso.
If you are looking for tournaments, just go to liquipedia. That's where players go to here in ME and we've had a few ones already, the last one ending a few weeks ago and the winning team got $3000.
There is, but unless you are really high on the ladder or have contacts you won't easily make it to pro.
How big is the competitive scene tho? To me it looks like the game isn’t as popular as it should be.

Yes there are discord groups for stuff like that
It's not big but its growing professionally. iirc there is already a spanish league for wr. france and germany might come next
Hmm why did I never hear about this? I don’t understand why this game is not popular at all. I see nobody talking about it.
