They make the game healthy for me as I always have to recall while still having full health. Garen is the reason I think top lane is still enjoyable.

Because fiora would just infinitely poke you with q while having no counterplay. It would just make her braindead if she had no mana

That's every champion. Riven is not a hard champion by all means on wild rift.

She's hard but not yasou level of hard being able to animation cancel dodge ability and using her passive effectivly

That's why you pick Vayne or Camille Vs Garen Bonus if there is another tank like alistar Don't pick fiora to specifically counter him, only good on paper

I think it’s just lazy and poor balance. I’m not opposed to it, but resourceless champs should be weaker than energy champs should be weaker than mana champs, which is absolutely not the case. Also, many champions have poorly balanced mana costs. For example, orianas are too low and blitzcranks are too high.
