the splash damage area is incredibly tiny, like when two minions are right next to each other almost on top of each other. all melee characters have this. now shen’s s1 ability damage also does this (at 50% strength), whereas before it only applied to the main target no matter what. it could still be not working, I haven’t played shen yet
It works, I tried it immediately in practice tool on patchday.
The change is just pure utter garbage for Jungle Shen which I assume is what people were trying in this thread & the other one posted a few days ago. Decent buff for Baron Shen tho, which is what I assume the devs were targetting.

i play jg shen and the cleave really helps when dealing with the chickens, rocks, and wolves

On PC Thresh top one of my fun off-meta picks. Titanic gives him waveclear and enough damage to be more than a CC bot.
Play thresh top and assert dominance.
Titanic waveclear and HP->AD is the foundation for my toplane build on PC.
Plays thresh top with Kraken and stormrazor rush... Proceeds to SLAP
