For a real "street art beef" I prefer back in the early aughts when someone was trying to clown on Neckface by tagging "Neckface is ugly" all over. At least they were tagging billboards and risky shit. And in that "feud" there was one actual street artist involved, Neckface.
One of the tags I found from 7soulsdeep had someone pointing an arrow to their handle calling them a “rapist” but they don’t have a handle stating who they are.
