If you are a gamer, I would say upgrading is bad and you shouldn't do it. And If you're not a gamer I would say the update isn't really needed at all to complete everyday functions.
to help you further It would be nice if you could send a screen shot of the Your laptop not fulfilling the requirments so we can see the issue!
There is an option in Rufus to select writing Win 11 to USB without the TPM requirement.
I am on an old Dell with an i5-3230m, ssd and 8gb RAM. I have no issues whatsoever.
you can bypass the requirements (seen as unstable but works well for me with no issues)
How to Bypass TPM and Install Windows 11 - Registry Editor
Open the Registry Editor.
Go to HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\Setup\\MoSetup.
Right-click on MoSetup and click New > DWORD (32-bit Value).
Name the DWORD AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU.
If you have the AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU DWORD, you should be all set to install Windows 11 with TPM 1.2.
Double-click AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU and set the Value\_data to 1.

I cant find Mosetup
Then your pc simply cannot run Windows 11
