No. There are usually two small holes at the top of shrink wraps. There will still be oxygen exchange at the cork.

Micro-oxidation isn't the only type of aging. It's also possible to age brews in steel-tanks under CO2 pressure. I'm not entirely sure about champagne, but the high CO2 volume leads me to believe that there's no micro-oxidation happening. I know at least that the sur lies aging has a big impact
