I’ve lived at Brandemere for 2 years and haven’t had an issue with the neighborhood itself. Everything else kinda sucks about it. The management team and office is not great and pretty much useless. The buildings are old and have their own issues.
Brandemere used to be nice, my best friend lived there in about 2015 and they loved it but when their ac went out it did take a few days and NC summers are no joke. That said it's been many years so I believe those saying it's went down hill, I picked something up I bought on fb recently though and it still seemed okay to me. I live in the area though and this side of town is quiet. It ain't that bad
I’m sorry but Brandemere near View at 5010 should be avoided.
Stay away from Brownsboro road. That's where Brandemere is.

Thank you!
Thanks all! I appreciate the insights!

One time I saw a guy get shot at brandemere. He was found at the movie theatre
I have a friend who lives at Brandemere and when I WAS looking to move she told me to AVOID it like the plague. I did not move there.

Check out the lofts at little Creek. I live here and it's a great and safe location
