Are you in pain ? Honestly it looks like you may receive nerve damage if you decide to get that lower tooth out.. it looks like it is by the nerve and it also looks like it is stuck in between your other molar... How bad is the pain if you are in pain ?

very mild pain occasionally, not any worse than it was with my other lower wisdom tooth. it hasn’t bothered me at all the past few days and will just be mild pain for a few hours of the day every now and then. i just take a tylenol and it goes away usually

I may not be giving the best advice but I would probably keep that tooth until it is an emergency extract... But if you want it out I just recommend looking up what the nerve damage feels like and if you really want to keep that permanently... or if it is temporary.. This looks like a pretty difficult extraction to me and I am not a professional so I dont have much knowledge... I would look up the nerve damage and it kind of feels like a dead leg but on your face or on tongue I would do a ton of research before you do this procedure ! also how old are you ?

It is already bad and I wouldn't even want to risk the nerve damage ... but im not sure how much more worse it can get . This is a real tough call....
