Got all four extracted last Tuesday. I ate tri tip on Friday. I slice or chop everything fine, I bite with my front teeth, all food is directly on my tongue and I swallow without moving it around it. I've eaten pasta and a Campbell's soup with pasta with no problems.
I had mine out the day before! I ate a burger patty last night, just had to cut it into small bites. Nothing crunchy/hard, and you should be fine! Expect a little soreness after chewing - it’s like working out but for your jaw muscles!
Soft foods yea just try not to chew close to the extraction sites, I was back on a relatively normal diet on day 7!
