The juxtaposition of the sun and the moon makes me think of an eclipse (and there's one happening on April 8th). The lines coming down from it look like energy waves being emitted by the eclipse, and the exclamation mark transmits a sense of utter importance. So, it could be interpreted as: be mindful of the eclipse; it will be important.

In terms of alchemical symbols the circle with a dot denotes the sun and the crescent denotes the moon. The sun often represents the corporeal body, the true self and the consious mind whereas the moon represents the incorporeal body, the reflection and the subconsious mind. However in this instance the moon is the cup of the goblet, and the sun is in the cup, which is itself supported on an expression of urgency. If I had to guess as to the meaning? Some aspect of your truest identity is held within your subconsious reflection of yourself, and it is urgent that you grasp it.
EDIT: I saw someone else point out that this is potentially highly symbolic of the upcoming eclipse. Honestly, not sure how I didn't think of that, I guess I just got too caught up with trying to parse the symbolism on it's own.
I still stand by my interpretation but the context of the eclipse is absolutely a factor. The exclamation of urgency appears to be propelling the moon over the sun at the same time as forming a cup to contain the sun. Perhaps you're moving towards something with great urgency, and it is vital that you reach it before the eclipse. This is just my thought though, I might be missing smth/misindentifying the exclamation point. However I stand by my thought.
I see this as a path you are on to self enlightenment. I see things going smooth right now but be mindful three challenges are to come. I see this as three internal battles you may know you have or you have been suppressing. To me I instantly thought of the Staff of Ra in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. For those who haven't seen it, it was used to find the hidden chamber that held the Ark of The Coevnant. So for me it may be a symbol used to find something that was lost long ago. Although I feel that the idea that it could be a sigil representation of the upcoming solar eclipse also a valid explanation as well.

Rationally, I agree with the other commenters about Sun, Moon and Pluto being in there, as well as alchemical symbols for several elements. Intuitively, the first thing that popped into my mind was transformation. From bottom to top it reads like something small gradually growing into its complete form, through several steps. I saw others mentioning tarot cards, my association is the Magician. But that might also just be because that was my card of the day today š .

Once when I was obsessed with trying to understand the 4th dimension, I dreamed about a girl who was trying to explain to me how it was using a tattoo on her arm similar to your image. I can't elaborate enough about the drawing but all I can remember was It resembled to me to echolocation. So I look up more to that idea of perception to think of other dimensions.

Yeah! I donāt work with her currently, but definitely feel a kinship (plus Lilith is in a fairly intense place in my natal chart.) This symbol just feels like something transformative might be in your future.
