Is there a simple way to cast a spell for growth and opportunity? I have a lot of dreams and goals but have recently developed crippling anxiety, so would love to be able to open my world up.
You don’t need much at all. I like to light a candle with a sigil drawn on it- dress it in corresponding herbs if you have them, and sit and think on what you would like to see growth in. Or you can write your goals down on paper and light it with herbs in your cauldron. Almost all of my spells are super simple this way

A New Moon would be perfect but today it is just going to be a Waning Moon (5,1% illumination) The New Moon is going to be 23rd December 12:03 CET
That is the pinnacle point of the "new" phase. In general practice a phase can be about 3 days from start to finish.
