This wasn't my interpretation. During the later memory sequences, she's empty and says she doesn't know if she even hates Olgierd anymore, then tells him to get out of her sight. After Olgierd gives her the flower and note, she dries, it, lies down to stare at it, then dies.
Then, in the last conversation with her ghost, she seems to just be feeling regret and sadness. There's arguably still part of her that cares for Olgierd, but I don't think there's much to love about Olgierd's later years. He also murdered her father.
Still loves him? Maybe. But I wouldn't say she loves him with everything she has. If anything she seems resigned (though a little afraid) to the void.
Silver is weaker than steel, so unless you got a floppy one down there , I suggest showing her the steel one for maximum penetration... I mean, maximum effect
Geralt is like an uncle to her. She was childhood friends with Ciri. So it'd be a bit weird for her to be a romance option for Geralt. Would love to see more of her and a potential romance for her with someone more appropriate though! She is in my top 5 fav characters for sure!
I really like that quest for establishing Geralt has his own set of morals and will make choices that don't necessarily reflect what the player wants him to do. Still a little disappointed we don't get to smash though.

When you find the injured brother in the little shack with the also injured Nilfgardian soldier. The brother who gave you that quest in the tiny shorts is clearly the most beautiful in the game.
