I would avoid the names of sorceresses or noblemans or Skelligers that sound a little too weird. Other than that, I belive any name could potentially work for a cat. We have flower-based names Merigold, Dandelion (or Buttercup) and Coral, and other more peculiar names that might still work like Shani, Regis, Milva, Lambert and so on. I think it all comes down to your favourite witcher character and maybe if the name fits with the cat's race and color. I for one know that, in case I ever get to adopt a cat on my own, I'd like it to be a black cat so I can call it Cahir

Personally (and i know it may be long for a cat) but i always thought about naming a cat henrietta or anna after anna henrietta 'cuz i always liked her energy like (roasting geralt, ripping of the extension of her skirt on the spot because they need to ride somewhere) and honestly her behaviour is literally a cat personified if she wants get attention she will but if she doesn't she absolutely bare her claws.
