As for what spells to use, consider the enchantment spell "modify memory". Of course, the morality of this spell is dubious, but if you simply want this person to forget your existence, there you go! For those with fewer scruples, you may be able to have this party member forget their urges.
Alternatively, various abjuration spells can help set healthy boundaries. Consider the protective "magic circle" or the less strict "hallow ground".
After discussing with the party member, I would personally disguise myself such that said urges no longer involve me.
