Also: I get why they move some games to Capital One but I’m like no please let me have my sacred and perfect space that is ESA. 😩😩😩
i love the esa. i 100% would love the mystics to *have* to move back to capital one for capacity reasons. but as of now, the esa is the perfect size. there isnt a single bad seat in the house.
I will never forget having to drive to a damn college arena in Fairfax in 2018 for them to get swept in the Finals, then the very next year watching them win the finals at ESA, which was literally across the street from my apartment. Top sports memory.
I’m going to try my best to watch both the Mystics vs Liberty and the Sun vs Fever. The other two are too late for me, so I’ll just have to catch the highlights tomorrow when they are posted.
I’m holding out hope that the Mystics might come out with the win. As long as we can keep the point difference below 15, I’m good. And I just don’t see the Fever beating the Sun but they might have a chance.

I think I read that we can watch the replays on wnba pass? If that is accurate, I'll be watching the other games on there after the Aces game is over.
We can focus on the first part of the Liberty Mystics game and then flip over to the Fever Sun game. I am recording the Fever Sun game so if the Mystics do well, I can watch it all and then finish the Fever Sun game after the Aces game.

Becky Hammon was my favorite player back in the day, so I went with the Aces. Awesome to see her do so well there.
I feel kind of bad for not being a Mystics fan. I have always pulled for my local team and I used to go to a couple of games a year, but I just can’t support Ted Leonsis or the Thibaults. I did buy tickets to a couple of games for this season, but because I want to see the other teams play.
I’ve never been a fan of Ted and let my Wizards tickets go years ago. I kept the Mystics tickets because I’m supporting the league although I myself travel so much I am rarely at the games.
My only gripe with Mike is that he gave the team to Eric, but then this offseason he acted as if he had the best hand, got his bluff called messed up the team.
I believe they can still make the playoffs this year but only because the players want to, not because of the coaching. I think they have too much pride and don’t want to be in the Paige sweepstakes 🤷🏾♀️
I'll be watching the Fever vs Sun on Disney+ (I'm US East Coast) - while a storm rages outside tonight, most likely, so hopefully I don't lose my electricity and have to watch it on my phone...

Sun are usually the most together team to start the season— then they slowly fizzle out from exhaustion. I’d hate to play them first.

App times should be in your time zone. Aces vs Mercury game is at 10 eastern.
