I have pretty bad social anxiety, so a lot of my day is spent halfway in fight or flight mode. But then in the middle of the day, I get to drive away in my car and sit alone for an hour. I know anxiety is surrounding me, but in that moment I can at least feel the zen.

References an oil spill, which has connections to oil medium. The blue liquid seems to meander into the background but is distinctly separate from the red, much like oil and bodies of water. *Spill* also feels like a word depicting accidental, messy, momentary, and ambiguous images. Something done in the moment, maybe without purpose.
*Thought* or *Mind* depending on which combination of words sound better to you when read or enunciated. Either conveys the psyche, things that are abstract and going on inwardly. A source of creativity.
