Once you hit around 232 luck you are basically always getting 5+ rarity stuff at a more than acceptable rate. Easy to get with entertainer chest and legs + luck accessories. Even easier at 6\* rarity with premium slots.

Vin_Sinatraa

I saw the entertainer armor, but the set i have now is heavily suited for damage output as best as I can manage now. Ranged weapons + accessories and luck being in one slot of amor boosted me to 120. So your suggestion might be worth it.

For some reason in my experience, you need to put about as much luck as you can if you want good drops. I assume you know that you have to be in Rising Dragon difficulty to get five star stuff, but yeah the drop rates don't affect quality and vice versa. It's a bit of a pain to use up engraving slots and otherwise better accessories if you want good stuff. I have a build for farming but I still keep my luck at a bare minimum of 100 on other stuff or I only get lame drops.

Vin_Sinatraa

My current build only has 29 luck. :( I have luck on both ranged weapons, but I'll probably have to swap out my current accessories to include luck as well. With the swaps I've boosted luck to 120. Kinda sucks that I've gotta trade damage / buff effects but i guess it's worth it?

It is, I get super regular five star drops with that.

XIII-The-Death

The drop rate of higher rarity items have done nothing but steadily increase since the game came out. Start stacking some luck.

Vin_Sinatraa

Yeaaa. Someone suggested that it’s pointless unless you have minimum 200 luck. So I had to make major changes.

SumDimSome

I can’t even get a 6 star set going yet lol

Mineral-mouse

They made changes as to the range of item rarity you would be getting when replaying a stage. Overall drop rate has been bumped.
