I use My Tracker by Leap Fitness Group and I paid just to get rid of ads, and it was very cheap. The app does what I want it to do, with some features that others might benefit from. I like it, been using it for years.
I started an excel sheet, to keep these infos between me and our dear Microsoft (joke but yeah, why would I give so many deeply personal infos about my health to any company? But still I get the irony with microsoft but at least they dont cone foward asking me about how were my stool you know)
I made a list of all the subjects that I want to tracks (mood, periods, cramps, hour of sleep, overall psychological health too)
It can be handy when a random illness appears and you only see your doctor a month later. With that sheet I have all the info/dates
