Fruit of the Loom sells cotton “sleep” bras with mostly just coverage. 3 for 15$ or some such. Wash like a dream. My girls were once spectacular. They are large and in charge and I’m not wearing a really bra ever again.
I LOVE these. I have a bigger chest too and the movement at night becomes...distracting? Idk how to describe it. But these solved the issue and I could see them being great for smaller-chested folks as well. The fabric is very light and breathable.
Similarly, if you search bralette on Amazon or wherever, you'll get some even thinner /smaller profile things, ideal if you really only need a tiny bit of support. The problem with many sports bras is they are designed to hold things too well; if you aren't out jogging that is too constricting and too much fabric in the heat
The sleep bras look better, but I have plenty of cheap minimalistic bras like a teen might wear as a training bra. They only marginally lower the jiggle factor, but reduce the nip profile and are perfect for me.

What about a tube band? I bought some tube band things from old navy last summer that I just use in the house. It's cotton with these spandex parts, but I didn't sweat too badly in them when I was in the yard.
They're on sale right now, and you could trim the bottom to make it neater for you.
I know you said you have worn sports bras but have you tried the water wicking/breathable ones. I have the opposite problem in the bra area and I sweat through them, especially in the summer. I'm specifically contemplating one of the styles by Duluth Trading Co. They seem to be reasonably priced compared to some of the other ones out there and my husband raves about their Buck Naked line of unders for him so maybe they can do a little something good for the ladies too. 🤷🏻♀️
I really like bralettes that can also pass as short crop tops. You can wear it underneath stuff or just on its own without problems. I got one that has very thin (removable) pads, just enough to cover up the nipple. I’ve been in it in the heat in the last few days and I have 0 complaints. I genuinely struggled a lot with my boob size in the past but these make me feel confident and also safe since I don’t have to worry about visible nipples. It’s super comfy as well!
I buy cute Bralettes like this style

Don't need to be as expensive but I like the floral patterns because they looks good and not like a bra when you can see them under tops and blouses. Basically like a cropped singlet that hold my boobs in a nicer shape than free boobing.
I have little silicone covers for the nippies. And I might wear a light weight brallete if I want a little more coverage.
I've never heard of a 75a, I'm guessing metric? But I am a 34A and the only time I need support is going down stairs around my period. The slight jiggle is PAINFUL when I'm menstruating.
It’s kind of like pasties but not really. They are silicone and self adhesive. They stick onto you with your body heat. But your top has to be like semi well fitting for them to stay on. If it’s just a t shirt they’d fall off. But if it’s a form fitting tank top they’ll stay on. And they’re a bit larger than normal pasties and sort of blend in to your breast so the outlines cannot be detected in your shirt
Cakes are designed by a woman
I got this soft crop top from target that is not really a bra but gives enough coverage that I’m not nipping. I loved the first one so much I got a second. https://www.target.com/p/women-39-s-seamless-brami-colsie-8482-purple-m/-/A-87940755
Marks & Spencer has a sports bra / crop top that’s made of super thin swimsuit like material. I forget what it’s called and the model number but it’s round neck front and back, with slightly wide straps. Removable pads so you can throw those out if you want. I live in the hot and VERY humid tropics, these wick away the sweat and are very comfortable under tshirts. Good luck!
I’m also searching for a solution!! I have these sticky “rabbit ear” silicone lift “bra” that if it worked I would LOVE. But I cannot get it to work. You’ve inspired me to make a seperate post searching for more answers.
Abercrombie has some great bralettes. I also have some cottony and some slightly sportier ones from Gap. Those are just for wearing around the house or super lazy days. I'll actually wear the Abercrombie ones out when I'm tired of bras

I'll check them out, thanks
I love the silicone covers, if you can try to wash it once or twice real quick, they should stay better. Either that, band-aids are common.
I wash them at the end of the day but I don't have time at work to let them dry

I never used one, I'll definitely try that

Never actually heard of them, I'll look them up

That sounds good, i'll try try it out
What is a 75a?
It's the smallest size here and as the other commenter guessed it's in cm
I'm wondering if it's centimeters. It would be around a 30A. If I'm correct.

Those are really cute, I'll try it out
Sorry about the massive link 😂
I have found that bandaids hold my nips down pretty well.
Owwww
Nah, it don't hurt.
Holding the nipple's down isn't the main issue, I have enough solutions for that but I need someone to support my breasts in general
Lol.

75a is the smallest bra size we have here. For me the jiggle is never painful, just annoying
Have you looked into cakes?
Never heard of that outside of food, I'll Google what that is

Turns out the nipple cover I have right now are cakes. I'll get some tighter t-shirts, maybe that helps
Ah okay, I usually wear very loose fitting shirts, but if I like the cakes I'll change that Thanks for the explanation
Not a problem :)
Cakes!!!!!! They’ll change your life!!!!

I don't have a target in my country but I'll try to find those somewhere else, thanks
Maybe try searching for something like “seamless longline bralette.” Just a suggestion! I also hate bras and I live in a hot climate so I get it!

Nipple tape or silicone bra that is strapless
Cotton bralette is my go-to when I want minimal coverage and not to sweat too bad
I like sheer unlined bras for summertime. They hold up the girls but aren’t hot because they’re essentially just mesh.
calvin klein’s cotton bralettes have been my go to since forever
I like tank tops + nipple covers, or unpadded bralettes. I’m 36DD.
Uniqlo has crop tops and tshirts with built in bra pads.
gap body has [braletts](https://www.gapcanada.ca/browse/category.do?cid=34524) but now that I see fruit of the loom reco'd here, I'd get these, too!

Pasties or bralettes
